Yi-An is a medical practitioner who graduated from Adelaide University in 1992. He spent a number of years working as a cardiac surgical assistant in Ashford Hospital. During this time, Yi-An also served concurrently as the OM SA State director from 2011-2008, until leaving with his family to serve as a Medical Officer on board the Doulos from 2008-2009. He also served short term in various countries with OM, MECO and OMF. Currently he works part time as a General Practitioner in Whyalla, a regional city in South Australia.
Tony Morgan has worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years, helping thousands of people and businesses recover from loss. He has held a number of leadership roles including President of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, President of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Australasian Division) and Australia CEO of a global loss adjusting company known as Cunningham Lindsey Australia. He is a Fellow of five professional bodies including CPA Australia and the Australia Institute of Company Directors. He chairs the Board of Elders of Community Church Hornsby and is a Director of companies forming the Pacific Hills Christian Education Group. His passion is to see the Kingdom of Heaven – with its love, justice, truth, joy and healing power – fill the earth.
Sam has worked for several para-church organisations enjoying the opportunities to equip and empower individuals, communities, and churches to fulfill our commission to make disciples. Along with her husband Murray and kids Archie and India, Sam attends NewHope Baptist Church where she has served on the board for four years.
Noddy and his wife Alison both grew up in the highlands of Papua New Guinea to missionary parents. Married in 2000, Noddy served for eight years on the staff of NewHope Baptist Church and three years pastoring at Heathmont Baptist Church before accepting the call to become the National Director for OM Australia in 2012. Alison and Noddy have been blessed with a little boy Jesse who turns three this year. With a deep love for God, a heart for people, a passion for the church and a desire to grow and develop leaders, Noddy is excited to see Gods plans for His Kingdom unfold through the ministry of OM Australia.
Jon and his wife Claire served overseas with OM from 1990 – 2000, based variously in Vienna, Istanbul, Tashkent and Carlisle. For 6 of those years Jon was OM’s International Finance Officer, drawing on his qualifications as a Chartered Accountant. Jon currently works in the air conditioning industry as an Executive Director of Seeley International. Previously he served as National Director of Alpha Australia for 7 years, and prior to that worked with Goldman Sachs JBWere and Deloitte. He also has qualifications in Economics and Business Administration, served as Finance Director of NewHope Baptist Church in Melbourne, is a keen water skier and snow skier (though he admits to slowing down at both) and relishes the joys and challenges of parenting 4 children.
Edi has been involved in church ministry with her husband Dale for almost 30 years. Prior to this she was on staff for 7 years at Capernwray bible college, both in England and in Australia . She joined the staff at Crossway over 6 years ago and now oversees the Life Group and missional communities in the church. Edi completed her Masters degree at Tabor College (Eastern) in Church Practice. She has a passion for seeing people both come to know Jesus and then live a life growing in Him, and honouring Him.
