Edi Stephenson - Chair
Edi joined the staff at Crossway Baptist church nine years ago as a pastor and oversees the prayer and missional community departments at Crossway. She completed her M.A. at Tabor in church practice. She and Dale have been mentoring pastoral couples across the denominations for the past five years.
In 2019 she along with Dale is involved with rolling out a program called Building a Discipling Culture (BDC) to seek to play a small part in waking the “sleeping giant” called Australian Christianity to again steward the gospel fruitfully.
She has a passion for evangelism and to see the church as individuals embracing their God given mandate to be on mission wherever God has placed them.
Sam currently completing a Master of Theology and spends a lot of her time trying to better understand who God is and in light of that who we are becoming and how we are to be living in this world. She is married to Murray and they have two kids.
Tony Morgan has worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years, helping thousands of people and businesses recover from loss. He has held a number of leadership roles including President of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, President of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Australasian Division) and Australia CEO of a global loss adjusting company known as Cunningham Lindsey Australia. He is a Fellow of five professional bodies including CPA Australia and the Australia Institute of Company Directors. He chairs the Board of Elders of Community Church Hornsby and is a Director of companies forming the Pacific Hills Christian Education Group. His passion is to see the Kingdom of Heaven – with its love, justice, truth, joy and healing power – fill the earth.
Ashley has been involved with Operation Mobilisation for 20 years. He and his family spent a number of years onboard OM's ship DOULOS, where Ashley served in several leadership roles including Captain. As a former Naval Officer, Harbour Master and Marine Pilot, Ashley's expertise has been in leading people within the maritime industry. Ashley previously served on the board from 2009-2012 including as Chairman from 2010-2011. He is passionate about creating great culture within organisations and helping people to embrace change where needed.
