Jason Holmes began his insurance career with an international broker back in 1995, and over the last 20 years he has looked after both commercial and corporate clients along all product lines.  As business owner and managing director at H2 Insurance Solutions, Jason specialises in insurance for the entertainment and conference & exhibition industries, as well as the prize & contingency industry.

He prides himself on understanding the unique needs of his clients, in order to ensure their specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.  Jason is a family man who works hard, plays hard, and is always ready to rock.

For over 20 years, Neil has been involved full time in sending workers out into world missions. For missionaries to be effective overseas, they need people to provide support services; before they leave, while away and during home assignment. By giving training and equipping for cross cultural ministry and by providing practical support to OM workers in the field, Neil is playing a vital role in facilitating long term ministry, to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers amongst the least reached.

Neil has a Masters of Commerce in Human Resource Management. He is passionate about continuously improving OM Australia’s ability to send and serve missionaries around the world. As a missionary kid himself, he has a strong empathy for the struggles and challenges of singles, couples and families serving overseas and seeks to help workers and their families through the transitions of life and ministry.

In 2020, Neil became the National Director for OM Australia.

Paul is a commercial and corporate lawyer with broad and extensive experience from private practice and working in-house. Paul is passionate about Christian mission and service. He was born in Port Moresby to missionary parents and spent his childhood in the eastern highlands of PNG. Paul has either led or participated in multiple short term mission trips to countries diverse in culture and geographically distant. These include India, the Philippines, Myanmar, parts of Africa, and Russia.

He is interested in foreign languages and is currently learning conversational Russian and Greek. Paul is happily married to Catherine. They are both members of Crossway Baptist Church in Burwood (where they met) and have served in various leadership roles. They have 2 children.
