If you are fluent in English and have training as an English teacher (diploma or certificate), if you are
willing to work in an intercultural team that is focused on CP, if you are willing to learn a Central Asian language and engage with Central Asian culture, then this might be a great opportunity for you! For those interested in short-term service, a 3-6 month commitment may also be possible.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

As a project manager with the Global Experience team, you will lead a range of projects through their lifespans, including overseeing schedules and deadlines, determining deliverables, managing communication and progress with team members and stakeholders, overseeing budget and expenses and ensuring high-quality end results. Our simulations take place all over the world and, as such, we need leaders to assist in planning and organising these events.
