Field Personnel Officer

It is exciting to see Zimbabweans begin to respond to the call of God into missions, and serving on different continents.
We would love to have someone join our team who is passionate about people and about helping them to explore the possibilities of fulfilling a mission call in OM, by leading them through the application process,ensuring they are placed in a right field of service,encouraging them along the way, and  finding suitable opportunities for them among the least reached.

– Must be able to communicate well in English, both by email and by phone.
– Must have a passion and faith to believe Zimbabweans can be called and used by God.
– Have good Administration skills to keep records and personnel files, set up appointments, plan orientation meetings, etc.
– Self-motivated but able to work in a team
– Good at  networking

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
