Go & Live in

The harvest is ready but the workers are few. This is certainly true in the Arabian Peninsula, the heart of Islam. We are looking for people who are called to focus on planting churches among the indigenous people groups in the AP, using their professional medical skills to transform communities.
As long as possible

There are opportunities to apply for secular jobs throughout the Arabian Peninsula in the following areas of medical care:
– Doctors (many specialties are needed)
– Nurses
– Dentists
– Ophthalmology (specializations are needed)
– Physiotherapist
– Midwives
– etc.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

We are in need of a PT (Physio Therapist) to assist local workers in North Africa (local untrained 'Therapists') to better understand the needs of handicapped children regarding their physical abilities and possible improvements.  This would involve evaluating treatment that each child receives and making necessary modifications, as well as assisting the local untrained PT to work out goals for each child and help the parents better understand the needs of their child.
Are you a qualified physio or occupational therapist?  Do you have a heart to support children or people with disabilities who have no professional services within their own community?  Are you interested to engage in community-based rehabilitation in isolated, which have been unreached for the Gospel for centuries? Are you motivated to serve, relate and see the Good News go out on the wings of mercy?
