Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Young people today are searching for what is real and what works in their lives. They are moving from childhood to adulthood. Some have already started a friendship with Jesus but lack a mentor to disciple them in their relationship with Christ, while others have never heard of Christ. Around the world, there is a tremendous need for full-time youth workers, who have a deep desire to see young people develop in their walk with Jesus. In many circumstances, creativity is needed to find ways to make connections and build relationships with young people. Working with regional Fields to implement the global brand requirements, coordinate marketing plans and commission the supply of strategic creative content from the Global Story Team. Maintaining relationships with designated Fields to communicate a portfolio of Area prioritised ministry stories to the Marketing Services Team and associated Area Leadership Team.
Are there people in Hungary who have not heard the gospel yet? People who have no church around them?
Yes, and unfortunately lots of them! In 2019 OM started a new ministry in a Roma neighborhood in the city of Tata. So far, we have afternoon clubs for the Roma children in this Szélkút area. Our goal is to reach them and their families with the love of Jesus. Would you join us?
