Do you want to see the gospel grow and spread in one of the most Muslim-majority countries in Europe? Would you like to study the Bible with new believers and those who have never opened its pages before?
2-3 Years
Full Time
As soon as possible
In Kosovo we’d like to see a church planting movement that spreads from family to family, village to village, and city to city. While there are some churches that were planted in Kosovo after the war in 1999, the Albanian population of Kosovo is still 95% Muslim and most have not heard the gospel. We want to see strong, healthy groups of believers emerge, that are studying the Bible and self-reproducing. Our aim is to sow the seed of the gospel wherever and whenever we can, and train up new believers to also be sowers to their own people and communities.

We are looking for women and men committed to discipleship and starting home Bible studies among new believers.

Requirements:
– Willingness to intensively learn local Albanian
– Ability to work with a team
– Strong skills in discipleship
– A strong desire to share God’s love with people

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Interested?

A melting pot of cultures; lots of young people; a venue – do you have the expertise to run a community outreach project?  Do you have skills that could bless a community and create a safe space for the gospel to be shared?  The community has typical inner-city social challenges, combined with immigrant communities from many nations.  You would be working with local churches and other partners to help vibrant communities be formed among the least reached in London.
We are looking for pioneer church planters who will move into areas with high percentages of immigrants from unreached people groups, and focus on planting vibrant communities of Jesus followers. We have a presence in three areas of Sweden where a high percentage of the population were either born outside of Sweden or have parents who were born outside of Sweden.  They live in Sweden but, social, cultural and linguistic barriers prevent them from hearing the gospel in a way they understand.
Do you have a desire to work with men who are unemployed or find themselves in a depressed economic environment?  Are you interested to build capacity, recognise God-given gifting and enhance life skills? Do you have empathy to work with the vulnerable or marginalised over time? Do you have the heart and grit see isolated and unreached communities reached with the eternal hope of the Gospel?
