Any of, but not limited to, the following skills: business and business development, marketing, accounting, agriculture, aquaponics, aquaculture, biological or natural sciences, construction, teaching, pastoral ministries;
Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
