The person in this position will be responsible for assessing the needs of our staff and facilitating the planning and provision of the necessary development.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

We are looking for someone with good organizational and communication skills and a passion for reaching unreached peoples to oversee our short-term outreach department.
You would be working with a multicultural team, based in a large city.  As this is not a full-time role you would have plenty of opportunity for your own personal ministry alongside organizing the short-term outreaches.
Study Russian or one of the Turkic languages at a university in Central Asia. Living and learning alongside local students, you’ll make new friends, practice your language, and experience a new culture. At the same time, you'll be investing in the lives of those around you, sensitively sharing your faith. Come and impact the next generation in this strategic corner of the world.
-Provide leadership for both expatriate and local personnel personnel in order to promote good practice in staff recruitment and retention.
-Oversee the on-boarding process of both expatriate and local personnel.
-Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure the organization can carry out its work effectively.
-Provide a welcoming environment for newcomers.
-Improve skills and efficiency of  Personnel Department and  relationships with home agencies.
As an Instructor at the Centre for Korean Language and Culture you will join efforts with other team members to build relationships with people from various schools, colleges, universities, and companies. It will be your job to make and implement lesson plans that will help your students to effectively learn the Korean language. You will be involved in organizing cultural learning experiences to teach about Korean culture.

Our main goal is to see children living in healthy families where they can reach their potential in all areas: social, physical mental and spiritual. This is done through therapy, training, and providing the needed resources.

We are looking for an area training officer to innovate, support and deliver training in support of our teams across Western and Central Asia.

This role manages short-term projects in a variety of artforms and formats – from performance tours to customized training workshops. Some involve international visits with artists.
