What is good health? Usually we think of physical symptoms, but being healthy also includes the social, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life. We want to see people living in wholeness in each of these areas.

Are you a health worker, male or female, or do you have a medical background? Come and join our team! We are looking for nurses, midwifes, doctors and HIV-trainers who are willing to teach basic health lessons. We teach about good nutrition, hygiene, massage, first aid, sexual education, pregnancy and child health, infectious diseases like hepatitis, HIV and sexual transmitted diseases, or other topics that communities ask for.

You will be working with a local organization which has been operating for more than ten years in this region.

In our communities people often don’t take care of themselves until they get sick. They then face expensive medical bills, miss school or miss work, all of which cause stress to the whole family. Often good medical care is not available or difficult to access for people living in rural areas. The local organizations teach preventative health to reduce many of these problems before they even start. They help families and individuals learn how to take simple steps to prevent illness. This is done through Health Education Lessons in homes and schools, providing printed resources in local languages.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Are you the kind of coach or trainer who wants to see people reaching their full potential? Or train people to become excellent trainers? Willing to work among communities that are full of animistic and folk Islamic health beliefs? Then we are looking for you!

People here do all kinds of sports, but a good coach or trainer is hard to find.  This project aims to use sports for character development, leadership training, passing on the values of fair play, cooperation and perseverance.
Do you have a heart for fundraising for God’s Kingdom?  Fundraising is critical to ensure that our ministries are well resourced and our personnel fulfil their roles to their best capacity. We are a catalyst for seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached and we need someone to oversee our financial development strategy, manage staff and coordinate with our partners.  Join us and use your gifting in financial development as a ministry in our context of integral mission.
Since our beginnings, we have been driven by a deep conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. We are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a passion to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. We focus on evangelism, discipleship and church planting among those who have never yet heard of Christ. Do you share this passion and want to be involved in either pioneering or joining church planting initiatives? If so, we are looking for you, and many more like you, to join us.
Everyone should have an opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. There is a generation growing up in Ireland which has not heard the gospel. They do not know who Jesus is or what He has done. One of the greatest needs in Ireland is more Bible-believing churches. We need evangelists, disciplers, church planters, youth and children’s workers to partner with small churches and church plant endeavours. You will need a God given passion for the lost and desire to work in partnership with others.
Celebrate the Light “Christmas is about Jesus and celebrating His birth, and I’m realising each year that it doesn’t really matter if we’re eating roast chicken or horse meat or whether we’re with special family or up on stage singing. It’s a joy to celebrate the Light coming into the world,” shares Beth. Read Now
