Financial Development Officer – Sportslink International

Are you a gifted, passionate and experienced leader and fundraiser who can build local and international financial partners to support our ministry? If you answered yes, we need you to help us raise necessary funds and resources for OM SportsLink International operational and catalytic initiatives. You would have a key role in developing creative strategies to generate sustainable income.

Able to manage a broad range of issues related to Financial Development through working with people.
Apply and write proposals where needed.
If possible, previous exposure to mission work, preferably OM.
Known and respected by leadership in your area.
Able to work well with people from different backgrounds.
Good working knowledge of English.
Willing to travel
Flexible and willing to learn.
Ability to inspire and a vision to see others grow
Public relations skills

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Join OM and put your photography and coaching skills to use in the crucial role of Photography Coach.  You will oversee the training of OM photographers, provide feedback on their work, set the photography standards for the organisation, and make sure that each photographer knows how to use his or her skills according to the OM brand. You will collaborate with cross-cultural trainers to facilitate the integration of instructional materials into a Learning Management System and provide technical support. Come and pioneer a sports ministry!  This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new program based on methods used around the world.  If you love sports and would like to use that platform to introduce people to Jesus, then this is an opportunity for you!  We need someone who would be willing to join in organizing regular sporting activities with the aim of building relationships through social sport.
Softball in Hungary is a sport that desperately needs coaches!  There are currently 5 teams in Hungary.  Even so, there are only 2 experienced coaches in the entire nation!  While coaching you would also have the opportunity to play for your team!  Sports ministry is one of the most effective means of spreading the gospel in the world today and Hungary is no exception!  Build meaningful relationships through coaching and/or playing to share Christ with the women of Hungary.

As a social media specialist with OM, you would be responsible for overseeing OM’s social media strategy across platforms pertaining to the ministry. The position involves developing new and fresh content that encourages audience engagement and expansion, while ensuring that OM’s social broadcasting communicates a streamlined message that coincides with OM’s international branding. Social media specialists also provide consultation to OM workers and participate in launching, monitoring and engaging in the online conversation regarding OM events and marketing campaigns. Additionally, participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.
