Financial Development Officer – Sportslink International

Are you a gifted, passionate and experienced leader and fundraiser who can build local and international financial partners to support our ministry? If you answered yes, we need you to help us raise necessary funds and resources for OM SportsLink International operational and catalytic initiatives. You would have a key role in developing creative strategies to generate sustainable income.

A reasonable familiarity with and experience of Financial Development.
Able to manage a broad range of issues related to Financial Development through working with people.
Apply and write proposals where needed.
If possible, previous exposure to mission work, preferably OM.
Known and respected by leadership in your area.
Able to work well with people from different backgrounds.
Good working knowledge of English.
Willing to travel
Flexible and willing to learn.
Ability to inspire and a vision to see others grow
Public relations skills

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The Manager (Communications) will be a member of the OM Mercy Teams International (MTI) Head Office team. The Manager will be managing the brand and communication channels of OM MTI, including production of communication materials, updating of communication channels, and supporting the communications work required for financial development and other special projects.
The Gulf Arabic Program (GAP) has been equipping workers in the Arabian Peninsula with Arabic language skills for 20 years. GAP is transitioning from operating a physical location in Oman to providing online Arabic classes. A team of volunteers is needed to help with various aspects of the school including technology, legal, finance, curriculum development, teacher training, and recruitment.
OM Albania is a growing, dynamic mission field. In order to fulfill the Vision of OM Albania, we need a hardworking, motivated, and experienced individual who can help us to thrive financially. We want to see long term, permanent relationships with sponsors and supporting organisations built so that our ministry has enough access to finances and prayer support. We like to see capital formation, allocation of risk, expansion, deepening and broadening financial relationships.
