En tant que contact principal des personnes rejoignant l’équipe, le responsable du personnel joue un rôle clé en les guidant tout au long du processus de candidature, de l’inscription jusqu’au départ, et en veillant à ce qu’elles soient bien préparées pour leur ministère.  

Le responsable du personnel sur le terrain doit pouvoir travailler en harmonie avec les bureaux d'OM dans le monde entier. En participant à la mise en œuvre des pratiques et des procédures d'OM, tu contribueras au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe en France, ainsi qu'au soutien apporté aux missionnaires français qui ont choisi de partir pour l'étranger.

Dans l’idéal :
– Etre organisé et fiable
– Etre capable de mener plusieurs tâches en même temps ;
– Etre organisé et faible
– Etre capable de travailler au sein d’une équipe internationale ;
– Bonne connaissance d'anglais et de français obligatoire
– Expérience interculturelle à l'étranger ou disponibilité et volonté de l'expérimenter
– Poste basé dans le bureau à Pontault-Combault

Chaque permanent d’OM France est chargé de trouver un groupe de partenaires qui le soutiennent financièrement et le soutiennent dans la prière. 
Des formations sur la recherche de partenaires sont données pendant le temps de préparation pour rejoindre OM.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

You would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established policies.
