Leader Development Coordinator – Africa Area

The potential for young leaders within the Africa Area is endless.  We are looking for an individual, or couple, to champion leadership development and training opportunities.  Someone that understands that it's not just about teaching it's about DOING.

Leader Development Coordinator role would consist of leading the Africa Journey leadership course that identifies individuals with potential for leadership.  The Africa Journey is a 12 month training program that is done remotely for most of the course and meets three or more times during the course.

Our desire is that this person, or couple*, would posses the following:

An excitement to develop new leaders.

The ability to travel 3 to 5 times a year for 1 to 2 weeks at a time to lead training.

The ability to think outside the box and to lead and understand many different nationalities.

Work alongside current leaders within the Africa Area to give them tools to disciple young leaders.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
