Will you be the Vehicle Fleet Coordinator/Mechanic to look after our fleet of 20 plus vehicles? You will be responsible for the regular maintenance of the fleet as well as any associated paper work (such as insurances, and scheduling repairs). The Big Red Bus is an amazing ministry tool that is very well known among the Irish community, and YOU could become it's driver! You will be responsible to take the bus and it's team members to different places, and will be involved in it's practical ministries: kids clubs, street evangelism, youth meetings and coffee/tea bars. You'll also be responsible for the general maintenance of the bus and the safety of it's passengers.
As our IT Administrator you’ll be assisting the IT Coordinator in a multifaceted range of responsibilities. You will be managing the email network, provide MS Office help desk and other user support, provide network maintenance and support to a multinational team and system administration with Linux-server, Windows 7 and  10.
As an accountant on the mission field with OM, you will use your financial management skills toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. This important role is vital to ministry on the field. As an accountant in OM, you would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established polices. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.

Everyone should have an opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. There is a generation growing up in Ireland which has not heard the gospel. They do not know who Jesus is or what He has done. One of the greatest needs in Ireland is more Bible-believing churches. We need evangelists, disciplers, church planters, youth and children’s workers to partner with small churches and church plant endeavours. You will need a God given passion for the lost and desire to work in partnership with others.
As a bookkeeper serving on the mission field, you will provide much-needed support to the accountant on the OM team, and you will fulfil a vital ministry role toward the purpose of seeing more vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping. Do you have a heart for the people from a South Asian background?  Are you willing to learn what ‘British Asians’ a fusion of South Asian and British cultures, means?  Do you want to get to know them, share the Gospel and disciple young believers?  You will serve with a church and alongside others in that community seeking to help South Asians meet Jesus and be part of a vibrant community of Jesus followers.

Bus4Life is a ministry initiated through OM Finland. They share the bus with several countries around Eastern Europe. The bus also comes a few times a year to Romania (3-5 times in a year) for 1-3 weeks at a time.
Softball in Hungary is a sport that desperately needs coaches!  There are currently 5 teams in Hungary.  Even so, there are only 2 experienced coaches in the entire nation!  While coaching you would also have the opportunity to play for your team!  Sports ministry is one of the most effective means of spreading the gospel in the world today and Hungary is no exception!  Build meaningful relationships through coaching and/or playing to share Christ with the women of Hungary.
Local ministry teams work together with  Moldovan churches to bring God's love to children who may feel abandoned and unloved. You will have opportunities to participate with a team reaching out to children and young people through Sunday school, kid's clubs, English lessons, youth meetings and summer camps.
‘Ready Set Go’ is an exciting new resource to help the church use sports to engage with their local community.  We are looking for someone to receive training and take this material into churches, equipping them on how to use it; someone to help launch this new initiative.
