As an accountant on the mission field with OM, you will use your financial management skills toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. This important role is vital to ministry on the field. As an accountant in OM, you would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established polices. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.

• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Experience in finance (training in the commercial field)
• Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)

• Experience with OM is helpful but not required

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

• Layout of our quarterly magazine and final preparation up to the print job
• Creative design of advertising materials (print and digital) within the framework of our corporate identity such as flyers, invitations, etc.

Do you like to work with children and youths? Do you want to share God’s love in a very practical way? The “iPunkt” is a a socio-educational project, mainly among families and children from a migration background. Do you have an interest to develop this work further together with the other iPunkt workers?

50% work in one of our missionary departments (Building Bridges, arts, church planting).
In the office you work as an assistant in the respective area.
• Being the contact person for the Austrian participants and staff
• Administrative activities, including registration process for Austrian participants, sending out information

• Participation in the international TeenStreet preparation meetings

Your tasks:
• Management of social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram)
• Development and coordination of high-performance social media campaigns in close cooperation with the web designer
• Sequential storytelling
• Creation of editorial plans
• Development of our social media presence
Do you have a passion for Jesus and share our desire to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established? In partnership with the Austria Training Center (ATC) as well as with churches and denominations it is our goal that communities of at least 50 Jesus-followers per 5000 inhabitants are started throughout Austria.

Your tasks:
• Support the head of administrator
• Assistance in personnel administration, including entry/exit administration, work hour control, research tasks, development of various areas
• Assistance in the finance department
• Event planning: including prayer days, team retreat
• Supporting activities, including proofreading, list creation
Are you excited to encourage people through a website to actively work for God's mission? Do you enjoy creatively designing and developing a website?
Your tasks:
• Support and development of our web presence
• Active and creative design of the content in consultation with the affected personnel
• Carrying out maintenance work and security updates
• Troubleshooting

Maintaining relationships with designated Fields to communicate a portfolio of Area prioritised ministry stories to the Marketing Services Team and associated Area Leadership Team.
