Short Description: HSC stands for “Hope On the street For Children”.OM Zambia is one of the largest fields in the OM world, we need to strengthen our core support service functions to allow Missionaries on the ground to share the gospel. You will join an HSC team to become part of the training group of missionaries.

An aspect of the role will not only to implement and develop the OMZ. The role will involve mobilizing the churches, conducting trainings, reaching out to street children who are living on the street. also, aspects of Human Resourcing such as, recruitment and compliance with local laws and regulations.

You will also have the opportunity to serve part of the week in one of OM Zambia’s Ministries in Kabwe. Some travel throughout the year will be required to visit our centers which are spread out across the country of Zambia.

1. Good IT skills, proficient in MS Office
2. Valid driving License (Not a must)
3. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in a cross-cultural team

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role

Your Tasks:
• Fundraising campaigns to promote world-wide OM projects
• Organisation of events for partners
• Support and development of our online-giving platform
• Development and implementation of strategies to raise new partners
• Regularly maintaining contact to our partners
