OM Zambia is one of the largest fields in the OM world, we need to strengthen our core support service functions to allow Missionaries on the ground to share the gospel.

With so many missionaries and active ministries the administration department places a key role to enable the smooth running of OM Zambia.

An aspect of the role will not only to be an active member in the administration team but also to help train some of the national members within the administration team.

You will also have the opportunity to serve part of the week in one of OM Zambia’s Ministries in Kabwe.

Some travel throughout the year will be required to visit our centers which are spread out across the country of Zambia.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Do you like to work with people and support them in legal personnel matters? Do you like to coordinate processes involving different partners?
Your tasks:
• • Personnel administration: including entry and exit administration, checking working hours, issuing confirmations
• Leading and coordinating recruiting processes including advising applicants, visa matters, administrative procedures, on-boarding processes
• • Interface between OM, churches, finance departments, leadership, authorities
Our vibrant, discipleship-focused team in rural Angola needs an administrator to help us with our financial record keeping and other office-related work. This is not a full-time role and there will be opportunity for the individual to join in other ministry activities. Do you like administration and organising and thus support other services and members across departments?
Your tasks:
• Administration: post, updating of lists and schedules, office supplies, correspondence
• Event planning (prayer days, team retreat)
• Assistance with i.e. mailings, smaller projects, taking minutes
• Database management
• Telephone service
