Responsibitlities:
• Develop Product and Brand awareness across our stakeholder communities which includes: 
  o New & existing partners (churches, like minded
      NGOs) 
  o New & existing OM fields
  o Local & international donor community
  o Potential target trainees for each of our various
      training products
  o The local church as well as in the general
      empowerment, upliftment, entrepreneurship
      space

• Film and produce promotional materials to
  support new & existing initiatives (For use by our
  trainers locally and internationally to promote our
  programmes in their countries)
  o Stories (Testimonies, Promo’s materials for both
      internal and external use)

• All staff secure their own funding by private donations.

Requirements:
• Skills / Experience:
  o Proven editing, colour grading and motion
      graphics skills and storytelling (3 years of
      working experience and/or relevant post-school
      qualification)
  o Passionate about empowerment and upliftment
      through business/entrepreneurship.
  o Experience in working with people from diverse
      backgrounds
  o Have had exposure to missions (at least one
      short term outreach or equivalent) and some
      understanding of Business as Mission / Business
      4 Transformation.
  o If no exposure to missions, then the applicant
      should go through one of the OM Reach
      programmes available.

• Technical competencies:
  o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, After
      Effects, Premiere Pro, Final cut, or Davinci
      Resolve Photoshop,
  o Able to use appropriate software used in OM for
      communication and people support
  o Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style
      guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
  o Able to communicate the impact of transformed
      lives with various stakeholder communities
  o Able to build and maintain strong and personal
      relationships

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

An HoPW gives us the spiritual rights to pray over the territory as we are the landlords of it.

We are in need of OTs to assist local therapists in North Africa to better understand the needs of their children with disabilities regarding the stimulation of their senses and increasing their engagement in activities of daily living.  Join the field through the PLOT program and learn the local language while exploring opportunities to minister through your skills and gifts as a therapist.
