This person will work alongside our Kitchener team who work in media production and discipleship outreach. The office administrator will oversee all administrative responsibilities in the office such as
•Oversee and ensure smooth running of Kitchener office, including safety / security standards
•Oversee logistics for guests and team meetings
•Assist Pamir Finance officer as needed
•Liaise with Pamir Europe and OM Canada

The Field Personnel Officers’ primary responsibilities in serving Operation Mobilization include welcoming new team members to Lake Tanganyika, assisting in the application and placement process for people starting their missions journey.  Along with that there is an emphasis on maintaining records, and other administrative functions for Lake Tanganyika.

The Manager (Personnel) is a key member of the OM Mercy Teams International (MTI) Head Office team. As a member of the OM MTI team, the Manager (Personnel) will assist the Executive Director, and work with other members of the OM MTI team in the areas of personnel recruitment, placement, people care, administration, reporting, and training and development. The Manager (Personnel) will also build relationships with other OM entities, and networks within OM International and OM East Asia.

We are looking for someone who can co-ordinate the big picture for our field communications, both the strategy and managing the people to make it happen.
The OM South Africa Training Base operates on a 5-hectare plot near Pretoria, Gauteng.  We need a full-time Maintenance Manager who is able to keep up with the general maintenance of buildings and land, by leading a team of local paid general workers and volunteers. This person will need a background/understanding of building maintenance and of leading a small team.
