PLOT: Preparing for Long Term Orientation & Training

Be part of God’s PLOT with hands-on orientation and training to prepare for long-term ministry. You will support and contribute to the work of long-termers while studying language (local Arabic dialect), learning culture, and developing your own ministry and residency platform. You will also be able to travel and see what life is like around the country.  The aim is to learn, be exposed to many different experiences and discover how YOU can make a difference here, long-term, sharing the Gospel!
2-3 Years
Full Time
This program is an excellent opportunity for those with a long-term vision in North Africa.  There are many opportunities to get involved in the local community (teaching English, business, arts, working with those in poverty or with disabilities, etc).

For more details, contact your home office.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

We are in need of PTs (Physio Therapists) to assist local workers in North Africa (local therapists) to better understand the needs of children with disabilities regarding their physical abilities and possible improvements. Join the field through the PLOT training program and learn the local language while exploring opportunities to minister through your skills and gifts as a therapist.
Join our international team of around 150 people from many different nationalities. Have the opportunity to invest in young people and use your technical skills to keep a life-changing ministry operating. Being part of the on board community you will also receive personal input through daily team devotions and other ship events as well as the opportunity to experience the culture of the international crew and staff and the countries the ship visits.
Do you have a passion for Jesus and share our desire to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established?
