Are you a people person? We are looking for a single or a couple who can offer both spiritual and personal encouragement to our team members. Come and be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a cheerleader, or a pastor to our international team.

Qualifications for this role include:

– Spiritually maturity and some experience working cross-culturally

– Good communication skills and a willingness to travel to the different teams

– Good interpersonal skills, including ability to relate to people of different nationalities

– A desire to get involved in local ministry as part of a multicultural team

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The work in Africa is expanding at a rapid rate. In order to keep up with the growth, we are looking for someone to assist our Area Personnel Officer with the growing work in the Sahel Region. This role will involve working with people from many different cultures, and being in the middle of what God is doing in Africa!
