Our AIDSLink Director is looking for a detail-oriented individual who is gifted in administration to help ensure meetings, programs and the AIDSLink office operate efficiently. Use your mix of design talent, IT savvy and project awareness to assist missions trainers with the effective use of technology in a global teaching and learning environment. You will collaborate with cross-cultural trainers to facilitate the integration of instructional materials into a Learning Management System and provide technical support. Experienced eLearning and mLearning technologists are encouraged to apply.

This position exists to provide first tier technical support for learning management systems in both eLearning and mLearning courses.
Required competencies:
* Expertise with e-Learning and m-Learning technologies and multimedia applications
* A thorough grasp of instructional design practice relating to adult education and technology-based learning, or willingness to learn.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Competent in the use of contemporary software (Microsoft and/or Apple)
Up to 20 hours per week.

One of the biggest problems that we face in OM Albania is that Christians leave Albania to find jobs outside the country. In order to prevent this OM Albania seeks to teach young Albanians business, so that they can be self sustaining, and remain in the country so that the church can grow and develop.
