OM Ships International (OMSI) is a faith mission funded through gifts and revenue from the bookfair on board. All crew and staff serve as volunteers who raise their own support.

Live in a unique international community on board a ship. By being a part of the organization aimed to bring knowledge, help and hope to the world, transforming lives and communities through:
Experience God in new ways as you see Him at work in and through you. Learn from different countries and cultures, sailing from port to port.
Grow in character by living and ministering in the ship’s international community of over 400 people from more than 45 nations. Build friendships which can last for a lifetime.
Serve and learn skills by working 40 hours a week in one of the ships departments.
Strengthen spiritual understanding and disciples through the regular devotions, study, groups, prayers meetings and worship nights.
Develop creative ministry skills such as drama, mime, dance and children’s ministry as well as public speaking skills and leadership skills.
Reach out to local people during your ministry days sharing your faith in a culturally appropriate way and serve the national church and community through longer ministry challenge teams.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

As a Bakery Team, we produce quality baked items for those in the ship’s community & the local visitors who come to our I-Café and events on board. Our purpose is two-fold; to feed, bless & encourage those serving in the ship’s community, and to provide items creating a hospitable environment to connect with our visitors.
Teach our leaders’ children in small classes and invest in first-hand cultural experiences as you visit port cities around the world. Being a member of the on-board community you will receive spiritual input, while living in an international community and being involved in community activities both on-board and onshore. We are looking for qualified and flexible early years and primary teachers to join the school team, working with children within the 3-11 year age-range.

The ICT team supports the onboard crew with ICT functions aboard the MV Logos Hope and ensures the systems required to perform those functions are available and functioning correctly.
For an Electrical Officer we are looking for an skilled Electrical Technician (preferably in the area of Power Production) that has experience in leading and managing a Team. With a minimum of 3 years work experience. Experience in the marine industry would be an advantage but not necessary.
Good interpersonal skills and being a computer literate are vital requirements. You will need to work with MS Office, AutoCAD & and a computer based Maintenance program called AMOS.

Do you have a heart for the people from the Horn of Africa?  Are you willing to learn their language and seek to understand their culture?  Do you want to get to know them, share the Gospel and disciple young believers?    This is a pioneer ministry, very few are intentionally trying to do this, but you will serve with a church and seek to help those from the Horn of Africa meet Jesus and be part of a vibrant community of Jesus followers.

OM in Belgium is looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a heart to see churches planted throughout the whole of Belgium. Our aim is to carry out evangelism, discipling and church-planting in every area of Belgium, to strengthen existing churches, and, where appropriate, carry out development work. We are looking for people to join pioneers and/or help facilitate new CP initiatives, as well as existing church plants.
Do you have a passion for cities, the plethora of openings for the Gospel; a calling to London?  Do you have skills to reach the least reached?  Can you help immigrants learn English? Yes, and unfortunately lots of them! In 2019 OM started a new ministry in a Roma neighborhood in the city of Tata. So far, we have afternoon clubs for the Roma children in this Szélkút area. Our goal is to reach them and their families with the love of Jesus. Would you join us?
