Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The OM South Africa's Training Base serves from 20 – 120 people meals every day. The head of Catering will make sure the catering department is run effectively, ensuring that the staff and participants are fed healthy meals, and creating an environment of learning and service for all people involved in the catering department.
