We're looking for people with the following qualities: outgoing, self-motivated, good listener, enthusiastic, and makes new friends easily. Training in music and biblical teaching as well as gifting in Evangelism, Teaching, Service, and/or Hospitality would be helpful (but not strictly necessary).

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Since our beginnings, we have been driven by a deep conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. Do you have a heart for (young) people and a desire for them to hear of His fame and renown? Come and be involved in leading many different activities including kids clubs, Big Red Bus ministry, creative evangelism and much more!
Do you have a heart for hurting children? Hope on the Streets for Children (HSC) trains people to understand and be empowered to help street and vulnerable children. HSC is looking for people to train and facilitate others who will establish projects to help children leave the streets and prevent others from living on the streets. We mobilize the church to do this.
