For years God has been calling Chilean missionaries to serve, especially among the least reached. Now, more than ever they have been answering the call but face a language barrier when the time comes to go. Our Language School prepares Latin missionaries with the English needed to serve cross-culturally.

In an effort to effectively prepare Latinos to face the challenges that language barriers can pose, we offer English classes to Latin missionaries preparing to go on the mission field. 

We offer intensive 3 month language trainings and one-to-one classes throughout the year. The class size varies from semester to semester but is usually small to medium size. We offer basic, pre-intermediate and intermediate English courses.

Requirements for this position:
*High level fluency in English
*ESL/ TESOL certificate (minimum) or other relevant diploma/ degree.
*ESL/ TESOL or other teaching experience preferred but not a must.
Commitment Length: 2-3 years
Commitment Period: From: As soon as possible to End Commitment (Full Time)

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Our team has a great need for someone to lead the finances and  provide data entry, finance analysis support, and generate financial reports.  Your duties will include providing accurate and sufficient financial information to the field leader in order to make ministry decisions, and to provide a measure of accountability in finance on the field and for OM internationally.

The Year Program is a 12-month opportunity to support the growth of the Kingdom of God in Belgium and to grow personally and in faith while doing so. The Year Program has two purposes; The first one is that of a gap year, the second one is to prepare a person to continue serving the Lord through international missions. Your tasks:
• Appraisals, debriefing, training advice as needed
• Advice and support in crisis and conflict situations
• Cooperation and exchange with other people care personnel worldwide
• Regular updates and announcements of emergency procedures, complaint procedure, child protection regulation
• Maintaining contact with personnel in-country and abroad

Can you imagine managing creative projects around the world? Are you a problem solver, who pays attention to detail and has good people skills? Are you familiar with ethnodoxology? This role manages short-term projects in a variety of artforms and formats – from performance tours to customized training workshops. Some involve international visits with artists. Other projects engage and empower local artists. But all projects seek to honour local art forms in moving people to better love Jesus.

Your tasks:
• Networking with Christians and churches in Austria
• Development and implementation of strategies for partnerships with churches
• Proactive planning and implementation of events and ministries in churches, youth groups and house groups
• Presentation of OM's work at conferences in Austria
• Preparation and implementation of events for international OM presentation teams
