OM Albania is in desperate need for an Administrator, as we have no one who is able to pursue this task. If you are good with organizing, and have good coordination skills, then this might be the right fit for you.

The role will be similar to an office manager to look after the general management of the office – buying supplies, coordinating different activities, note taking, etc. The Field Leader and some of the departments also need administration support to create documents, organise meetings and events, proof-read English documents, and other tasks.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

A writer in Albania will be writing stories for the purposes of advocacy, recruiting, financial development, education, awareness and prayer. The position involves producing insightful and engaging content of ministry, culture and people. They will be used in print and online publications to encourage engagement with OM through prayer of, giving to, or joining missions. OM writers share stories of God’s work through OM in an accurate, culturally sensitive way.
OM Albania is a growing, dynamic mission field. In order to fulfill the Vision of OM Albania, we need a hardworking, motivated, and experienced individual who can help us to thrive financially. We want to see long term, permanent relationships with sponsors and supporting organisations built so that our ministry has enough access to finances and prayer support. We like to see capital formation, allocation of risk, expansion, deepening and broadening financial relationships.
As an accountant on the mission field with OM, you will use your financial management skills toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. This important role is vital to ministry on the field. As an accountant in OM, you would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established polices. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.
Many women in Albania are living without hope. They work very hard both in and out of the home and are often limited by their husbands or fathers about where they can go and what they can do.
OM Albania seeks to give these women the hope found in Jesus, so that they can find out about God's love despite their difficult circumstances. If this is something that you have a heart for, join us!
Do you love to listen to people's stories, build relationships and speak into people's situations? This role of people care is to be a person within our team who is focused on the mental and emotional well being of the team members and to give counseling if needed. We seek a person with a great love for their fellow Christians, and who desires to assist, counsel and provide spiritual care for our missionaries as they serve God in this country.
Since our beginnings, we have been driven by a deep conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. We are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a passion to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. We focus on evangelism, discipleship and church planting among those who have never yet heard of Christ.
Are you good with computers and IT and willing to use these gifts in overseas mission? We need someone to keep our systems functioning properly, to help our team in areas of IT that they don't understand and to handle security of devices and information.
Do you enjoy working with students, helping them excel at school by helping them with their homework? OM Albania is looking for someone that would be willing to help children in any age do their homework.
Albania needs someone who is passionate about evangelism and enjoys motivating people to serve and be involved in mission.

The evangelical church in Albania is just 0.5% of the population. Many people have not heard of Jesus and the church needs help to spread the Good News. There are people and churches around the world that want to come to Albania. You could be the link that brings these together.

Do you like to work with people? Do you like admin work?  Would like to work in both and be part of the process of sending Ecuadorians to the least reached? This is a full-time role which supports the work of the Field Personnel Officer in the Andean Region, that provides day-to-day administrative oversight to the personnel-related activities of Ecuador. This includes active coordination and handling of personnel-related inquiries, applications activities, etc.

Our team has a great need for someone to lead the finances and  provide data entry, finance analysis support, and generate financial reports.  Your duties will include providing accurate and sufficient financial information to the field leader in order to make ministry decisions, and to provide a measure of accountability in finance on the field and for OM internationally.

This role exists to provide administrative support to the field leadership
Working with regional Fields to implement the global brand requirements, coordinate marketing plans and commission the supply of strategic creative content from the Global Story Team. Maintaining relationships with designated Fields to communicate a portfolio of Area prioritised ministry stories to the Marketing Services Team and associated Area Leadership Team.
