Requirements

– Integrity
– Willingness to serve and care for others wholeheartedly
– Understanding of personnel work as a ministry (not just a job/role).
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination abilities
– Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
– Willing to travel and learn Norwegian
– Commitment to serve at least two years in this role
– OM staff secure their own funding by private donations.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

We are looking for someone with a good attention to details and strong organisational skills to complete our OM team in France. Working as part of the small core office team in the town of Pontault-Combault, you will have an essential support role across departments.

In this fairly remote country in the Himalayas, many people have never heard of God’s love. When you join Summit for five or nine months or two years, a significant part of your time is spend out of the city. While travelling in pairs through the villages, you will share the good news and sleep at guesthouses and in local homes.
