Short Term Mission Outreach and Activities Coordinator

Many people who invest their lives in missions take their first step on a Short Term Missions team. Would you like to play a vital part in their journey? Would you be excited at encouraging mission and outreach in the UK and have the skills to motivate the church and encourage evangelism?  We are looking for a person who can combine good organizational planning skills with a heart for outreach and a gift for working with others to develop and lead our Short Term Missions programme in the UK.

As soon as possible
You will have an overview of and, where relevant, coordinate all aspects of short-term mission in the UK in collaboration with relevant departments such as Missions Discipleship Training team, London Team, Birmingham Team and Global Village among others.  You will build on links we have with a network of churches and partnership ministries in order to provide Short Term Mission Outreaches. These outreaches are opportunities both to serve and to share the Gospel with local communities.
1. To have an overview of and, where relevant, coordinate all aspects of short-term mission in collaboration with the relevant OM departments in the UK. 
2. Be well organised and have the ability to plan.
3. Have a willingness to engage with other churches and agencies in order to share the STM vision.
4. Be ready to serve the wider community and learn to communicate your faith in a way that they understand.
5. Speak English and be willing to engage with other cultures.
6. Have previously taken part in STM outreaches
7. Love people and pray for them.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Do you want to challenge individuals and churches in Austria to become part of God 's global action?
Your tasks:
• Networking with Christians and churches in Austria
• Development and implementation of strategies for partnerships with churches
• Proactive planning and implementation of events and ministries in churches, youth groups and house groups
• Presentation of OM's work at conferences in Austria
• Preparation and implementation of events for international OM presentation teams
Do you have a compassionate heart for refugees and are capable to teach either the English or German language (basic to intermediate) to both adults and kids? If you are a self-motivated teacher who enjoys a new challenge and wants to work toward the purpose of reaching those who have never heard the gospel before, consider using your skills with OM. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.
As SportsLink we are a movement to reach, train, and disciple people through sports. In Zambia we work in different places throughout the country. As we are growing, we are looking for someone who can help us with sustainable projects, so that we don’t depend on gifts from the outside but are raising funds within ourselves
For years God has been calling Chilean missionaries to serve, especially to the least reached countries. They have been answering the call to mission but have been finding it difficult to raise support to go. Our Language School was born that is to be out of this need.
Many women in Albania are living without hope. They work very hard both in and out of the home and are often limited by their husbands or fathers about where they can go and what they can do.
OM Albania seeks to give these women the hope found in Jesus, so that they can find out about God's love despite their difficult circumstances. If this is something that you have a heart for, join us!
In Italy, where the roots of Catholicism lie, only very few people have a living relationship with God and know Jesus as Lord and Saviour. We believe and experience that Church Plants are an effective way to reach out to those who do not know God and help young believers grow in their faith.
