OM Ukraine is a growing, dynamic, and challenging missions field. Our desire is to become a financially self sustaining field, so that we can fulfill the Vision Statement of OM. We need a hard working, motivated, and experienced individual who can help us build long term, permanent relationships with sponsors and supporting organizations to realize this vision.

The successful applicant should have:

Previous experience in financial development
Knowledge of missions organizations
Fluent in English
Willingness to learn Russian and/or Ukrainian
Able to network
Good communications and writing skills

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
