Business Trainer

One of the biggest problems that we face in OM Albania is that Christians leave Albania to find jobs outside the country. In order to prevent this OM Albania seeks to teach young Albanians business, so that they can be self sustaining, and remain in the country so that the church can grow and develop.

Full Time
Some years ago Business as Mission (BAM) Albania was started. Through training and support, small businesses have been started, and existing businesses have been improved.

BAM in Albania has been put on pause the past 2 years because our ministry leader finished his time with OM. We want to restart this important ministry and are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to take on the ministry.
In order to make a sustainable ministry we need an experienced business man or woman to work together with an Albanian who is being trained. This person will need to be able to train people in business, find donors to support the business, have ideas of businesses to start, etc.

Requirements:
– A background in business
– Able to teach/train people in how to start and maintain a business
– Integrity and wisdom to work in a country with corruption
– Willingness to learn Albanian
– Flexibility
This is not a paid position.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
