Many ministries in OM are looking for qualified ESL/TESOL English teachers to work toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. Some of these teaching opportunities involve building relationships with a particular people group, while others involve equipping missions workers for future ministry. If you are a self-motivated teacher who enjoys a new challenge and wants to work toward the purpose of reaching those who have never heard the gospel before, consider using your skills with OM. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.

This is a brand new language school opening in 2019. You need to be able to develop an English curriculum for people starting at the A1 level, and be able to have someone achieve the B2 level. You should be able to use your teaching opportunities in a discipleship role to believers, as well as an evangelistic role to unbelievers.

The primary language spoken in this region is Ukrainian, so you will need to be willing to learn Ukrainian and or Russian.

You should be a person that loves a challenge, and loves to learn about and live in a new and different culture.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
