Graphic Designer’s responsibilities:
• Design book covers, booklets, flyers, logos and media designs that are appropriate for the focus culture and communicate the desired message.
• Layout books and eBooks with a pleasing arrangement of text, image and space.
• Layout text in a range of languages, including minority dialects.
• Produce design for content of websites.
• Collaborate with OM EAST partners.
• Meet deadlines of projects
• There is the possibility of producing illustrations as needed.


Graphic Designer’s knowledge, skills and experience:
• Background and experience in design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

As part of the Global Video Network under the Video Coach, the Video Producer organises video projects around the world as they relate to OM. The video producer will carry out assignments from pre-production to post-production that are approved by the Creative Traffic Manager, while upholding the OM brand standards as it relates to visual storytelling.

As a social media specialist with OM, you would be responsible for overseeing OM’s social media strategy across platforms pertaining to the ministry. The position involves developing new and fresh content that encourages audience engagement and expansion, while ensuring that OM’s social broadcasting communicates a streamlined message that coincides with OM’s international branding. Social media specialists also provide consultation to OM workers and participate in launching, monitoring and engaging in the online conversation regarding OM events and marketing campaigns. Additionally, participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.
