We are looking for animators and creators who can produce high quality videos and social media content, and train the local church to do the same.

Located in Southeast Europe in an area known as the Balkan Peninsula, Kosovo is the second-newest country in the world and has a population of approximately 1.8 million.

Situated in a crossroads of East and West, European secularism and Islamic radicalism, Kosovo has no official religion according to their constitution, however over 90% of the population identify with different sects of Islam making it the overwhelmingly majority religion. While different denominations of Christianity exist in Kosovo, the Protestant Church, which experienced significant growth following the ethnic war in 1999, is still quite small in number, being comprised of well under one percent of the total population.

As the new generation of Kosovars modernizes, OM Kosovo is seeking to utilize media creation to develop modern, but culturally relevant ways to work alongside the local church in reaching the lost.

Specifically, OM Kosovo is using new media in three main areas:

-to produce and promote beautiful, locally written worship music and video content
-to find seekers in unreached areas.
-to raise up passionate prayer for spiritual breakthrough

We need flexible, creative people who are willing to work in sometimes less-than-ideal conditions, to help build up our ministry in these areas throughout the country.

A normal workday might involve working on a music video for a newly composed song, making an infographic to encourage prayer, or producing an explainer video to creatively communicate the gospel. You'll also be a full part of the team's wider ministry, which could involve mentoring teens from violent backgrounds, facilitating Bible studies, or helping to lead a youth group.

Requirements:

• Heart for the lost
• Ability to work on a team
• Willingness to learn local Albanian language
• Experience with animation/media creation software
• Ability to train others in your skills

N.B.- If you have a desire to use your media skills to assist and serve with OM Kosovo however you are unable to live in Kosovo, we would still like to speak to you. There are possibilities to contribute to our ministry remotely, part-time.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

If you want to be part of an amazing transforming project in the heart of Europe then this is the opportunity for you!

In Kosovo there is an urgent need for strong, healthy groups of believers that can self-reproduce. The community of believers here is young and in many villages and towns, does not even exist.

The nature of communication and receiving in-formation to educate, inspire and involve the Church in world missions has changed radically in the last 10 years. The people in Azerbaijan are permanently using the internet and we would love to use social media to share the gospel with tools like Facebook, You Tube, Vimeo, and Instagram in Muslim dominated environment in order to reach a new generation of younger people that are not mainly reading and connecting with hard copy.
The Big Red Bus is an amazing ministry tool that is very well known among the Irish community, and YOU could become it's driver! You'll also be responsible for the general maintenance of the bus and the safety of it's passengers.
Are there people in Hungary who have not heard the gospel yet? People who have no church around them?
Yes, and unfortunately lots of them! In 2019 OM started a new ministry in a Roma neighborhood in the city of Tata. So far, we have afternoon clubs for the Roma children in this Szélkút area. Our goal is to reach them and their families with the love of Jesus. Would you join us?
Do you enjoy arts and showing Jesus with your skills. OM Panama is looking for you!
The Arts Mobilization Ministry is focused on connecting with churches through the arts, creating a relationship with them, allowing us to mobilize them to the least-reached and connect with artists that did not know Jesus yet, as well help to raise funds for OM Panama as part of sustainability efforts.
OM in Belgium is looking for people with compassion and strong will to work among victims of trafficking, to advocate at the European and national level for better laws and more helpful treatment by the authorities, and to gently share the gospel through a consistent, loving lifestyle. This role is about building long-term relationships with women whose relationships are exclusively transactional and ephemeral.
Everyone should have an opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. There is a generation growing up in Ireland which has not heard the gospel. They do not know who Jesus is or what He has done. One of the greatest needs in Ireland is more Bible-believing churches. We need evangelists, disciplers, church planters, youth and children’s workers to partner with small churches and church plant endeavours. You will need a God given passion for the lost and desire to work in partnership with others.
Are you a qualified physio or occupational therapist?  Do you have a heart to support children or people with disabilities who have no professional services within their own community?  Are you interested to engage in community-based rehabilitation in isolated, which have been unreached for the Gospel for centuries? Are you motivated to serve, relate and see the Good News go out on the wings of mercy?
OM in Belgium is recruiting a music team to write new music, record new music and perform new music supporting outreach, church planting and mobilising believers. We are looking for skilled, committed people who want to grow as believers and also extend themselves as musicians.
What is art? Most of us know what drawing or painting is, but art is more than just that: it’s thinking outside the box. A lot of people have a talent to be creative and don’t even know it. Our art and woodwork lessons are designed to give young people creative and practical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, a healthy work ethic and new avenues for income.
