Our team across the Caribbean is involved in a variety of ministries. Central to our thinking/philosophy is our belief that only the gospel changes people and communities. As Jesus Christ transforms the hearts of Jamaicans, churches grow,  communities change, and believers grow in their desire to see Christ glorified among the nations. We do tasks, we do ministry, we do development and our passion behind all of this is knowing Jesus Christ and desiring to make Him known. The Job:
1. Manage OM Caribbean’s partner database
2. Process donations into our computer program
3. Handle day-to-day donor and receipt enquiries
4. Send thank you letters and donation receipts to donors
5. Able to work remotely if desired

Requirements:

3. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Responsible, understands the financial processes
4. Able to work independently and a self-starter

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The Field Personnel Officer is crucial to our ministry here in France. As the principal contact for people joining the team, you’ll play a key role in guiding them through the application process, from registration to departure, and in ensuring they are adequately prepared for their ministry.

Your Tasks
• Leading the finance department (including financial statements)
• Assisting in preparing the annual budget

Your tasks:
• • Personnel administration: including entry and exit administration, checking working hours, issuing confirmations
• Leading and coordinating recruiting processes including advising applicants, visa matters, administrative procedures, on-boarding processes
• • Interface between OM, churches, finance departments, leadership, authorities
Use your financial management skills toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. This important role is vital to ministry on the field. You would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established policies.

We desperately need a bookkeeper! Our need is both f for overseeing finance department of NGO.

This role exists to give custodial accountability for the cash transactions conducted at the Field Level, and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and working with the limits of established policies.

We are looking for someone to join our Africa Area Finance team.

You will provide support to field finance staff and team leadership to enable them to produce accurate and useful financial reports which leads to better decision making.

The long term goal is to provide training and resources so that local staff can be self-sufficient.
