The Job:
1. Manage OM Caribbean’s partner database
2. Process donations into our computer program
3. Handle day-to-day donor and receipt enquiries
4. Send thank you letters and donation receipts to donors
5. Able to work remotely if desired

Requirements:

3. Responsible, understands the financial processes
4. Able to work independently and a self-starter

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

This is not a full-time role and there will be opportunity for the individual to join in other ministry activities. Do you like to work with people? Do you like admin work?  Would like to work in both and be part of the process of sending Ecuadorians to the least reached? This is a full-time role which supports the work of the Field Personnel Officer in the Andean Region, that provides day-to-day administrative oversight to the personnel-related activities of Ecuador. This includes active coordination and handling of personnel-related inquiries, applications activities, etc.
Do you have experience in project promotion, proposal writing or financial development?  Are you interested in contributing to a communications platform, which will facilitate transformation of lives in one of the poorest and most densely populated municipalities in Europe? Are you a writer or photographer with a heart to come alongside the poor and represent strategies or stories of hope to the wider world?
As a bookkeeper serving on the mission field, you will provide much-needed support to the accountant on the OM team, and you will fulfil a vital ministry role toward the purpose of seeing more vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role

The Field Personnel Officer is crucial to our ministry here in France. As the principal contact for people joining the team, you’ll play a key role in guiding them through the process, from registration to departure and into ministry
As a finance assistant serving on the mission field, you will provide much-needed support to the finance manager on the OM team, and you will fulfil a vital ministry role toward the purpose of seeing more vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping.
Do you like to work administratively and organizationally and thus support other services and members across departments?
Your tasks:
• Support the head of administrator
• Assistance in personnel administration, including entry/exit administration, work hour control, research tasks, development of various areas
• Assistance in the finance department
• Event planning: including prayer days, team retreat
• Supporting activities, including proofreading, list creation
50% work in the office – in addition to a “fixed basic package”, we will find your main focus based on your gifts and interests.
50% work in one of our missionary departments (Building Bridges, arts, church planting).
In the office you work as an assistant in the respective area.
