Immersion seeks to immerse participants in God’s Word, ministry, and cross-cultural missions, in order to inspire them to pursue their place in God’s redemptive mission.
You will join in the community with the team, mentor at least one student, facilitate training and participate in outreaches with the team and connect with local churches to monitor the status and progress of our participants.
Besides these core responsibilities you may also assist in training and travel logistics, create and/or maintain partnerships with local churches, develop further training curriculum to assist in growth and sustaining of the program; according to your gifts and passions.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
