REACH exists to inspire, disciple and equip Jesus followers to be able to move into a different cultural context to see Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers among the least reached.

You primary responsibilities will include creating community with and among the trainees, facilitate training, disciple trainees and join in with their outreaches. Besides these core responsibilities you might give oversight to recruiting, church partnerships, curriculum development, outreaches, logistics, communication or mentoring, according to your passions and gifting.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

OM in Belgium works in a sophisticated trilingual environment. Our ambition to plant churches, reach the unreached and mobilise believers is often limited by our capacity in language. We are looking for a language specialist in Dutch, and a language specialist in French, who can unblock these ministries and multiply our work.
