International Finance Training Manager

We have an urgent need for a person with broad training skills. It would be great if you have knowledge of accounting systems but this is not essential.  Someone who is passionate about finance, training and seeing people become followers of Jesus. In this key role, you will help OM around the world impact the kingdom of God by providing accountability for financial transactions and reporting. Join us and use your skills for God's glory.

Part Time
We operate in over 115 countries with several hundred staff working in finance roles. In addition, we have hundreds more in leadership roles who depend upon accurate finance information in making wise decisions. For many of these people English is their second language and they will have had no accounting training. The long-term goal is to provide training and resources so that local staff can be confident and self-sufficient.

We need someone who has experience with accounting and can coordinate a multi-faceted training programme to empower this diversified team.

We currently have good documentation of our systems but know many people won’t read it. We have face to face training and value this method, but it can be expensive and often not the best use of time or resources. We have started presenting webinars on key topics which have been well received and attended. We have prepared and delivered our first online training course.

We have a great vision and team but need someone to lead and move forward with this very important ministry!

Location: Can be done remotely and from any location.

Time: Flexible but at least three days per week would be ideal. Working hours flexible and would involve some out of normal business hour calls due to Intl time differences.

This is a non-salaried, support-raising position.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
