Intensive Mission Training Coordinator

We are seeking persons who will be part of our IMT coordination team. This cross-cultural training program seeks to prepare, equip and train missionaries to serve among the least reached people groups, most of whom are living in the 10/40 window.

As part of the coordination team your role will include working together to create, facilitate & coordinate our six-months Intensive Mission Training (IMT) program which will prepare the participants to serve among the unreached people groups of the world. Apart from administrative tasks, the coordinators should maintain good relationship with the participants, overseeing and guiding them through their relational interactions to support their spiritual and personal development.

Requirements:
• Have good interpersonal communication skills
• Have good administration, and planning skills
• Be able to communicate in Spanish and English, or willing to learn
• Be a mature Christian, willing to help people grow and mature in their faith
• Have experience and be capable of resolving interpersonal conflicts
• Be able to guide, coach & mentor

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

For years God has been calling Chilean missionaries to serve, especially among the least reached. Now, more than ever they have been answering the call but face a language barrier when the time comes to go. Our Language School prepares Latin missionaries with the English needed to serve cross-culturally.
Our team has a great need for someone to lead the finances and  provide data entry, finance analysis support, and generate financial reports.  Your duties will include providing accurate and sufficient financial information to the field leader in order to make ministry decisions, and to provide a measure of accountability in finance on the field and for OM internationally.

Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. We are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a passion to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. We focus on evangelism, discipleship and church planting among those who have never yet heard of Christ.
