KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Cast a vision and set goals for the Partnership department (church relations, mobilising, financial development), and provide leadership in order to see the goals achieved. With a strong focus on Church relations within the Republic of Ireland.
2. Manage the department practically and spiritually by providing guidance and support in order to help them become successful in ministry.
3. Develop and implement a clear strategy for determining who we partner with and to look at different levels of partnership, depending on a church's needs and capabilities.
4. Manage regular clear flow of information, in order to strengthen the connection of the Partnership department and it’s ministry with the rest of the field.

We prefer the Partnership Director to be part of the leadership team. Hours and starting date to be discussed. This role can be done remotely, regular visits to our head office in Co. Roscommon are preferred. For this role you will be expected to develop a prayer and financial support base.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Do you believe in transforming lives practically and through the Gospel, but your skills are more in management and caring for people? We need someone to help our leadership ensure the health and well-being of their teams, who work in some of the hardest countries in the world, through community development and relief, serving hurting Muslim people. They need someone who has their back! If this is what you are passionate about, join us and put your gifts to use for the Kingdom of God.
