Public and Media Relations Manager – Global Brand and Marketing

Do you have skills and education in marketing and media relations? Have you wondered how you could put those skills to work for the glory of God? You could do that with OM as the Public and Media Relations Manager with our Global Brand Management team. As part of Global Brand Management, you would guide the annual Public Relations and media strategy to publicly champion the work of God through OM around the world.  Could this be the right place for you?

Responsibilities:
•Build and execute proactive media content strategy
•Cultivate and grow positive media relations
•Advise OM fields and ministries on media and public relations strategy
•Facilitate media strategy in the event of crisis

Requirements:
•Degree and/or experience in media relations at an international level
•Strong organisational skills
•Proactive communicator
•Detail-oriented
•Good people skills and a team player
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
•Comfortable learning new software as required
•Commit to raising your personal support. OM staff secure their own funding by private donations.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Your tasks:
• • Personnel administration: including entry and exit administration, checking working hours, issuing confirmations
• Leading and coordinating recruiting processes including advising applicants, visa matters, administrative procedures, on-boarding processes
• • Interface between OM, churches, finance departments, leadership, authorities
