As a finance assistant serving on the mission field, you will provide much-needed support to the finance manager on the OM team, and you will fulfil a vital ministry role toward the purpose of seeing more vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping.

Min. requirements for the position:
– Understanding of and compliance with OM, its core values, structures, and statement of faith.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software currently in use by OM.
– An eye for detail to perform various administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
– Finance experience is helpful but not necessary, only a willingness to learn is crucial.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Servant hearted person.
– Able to maintain confidentiality with accounting information.
– Role can be filled full-time or part-time, and we can explore remote opportunities.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The Big Red Bus is an amazing ministry tool that is very well known among the Irish community, and YOU could become it's driver! You will be responsible to take the bus and it's team members to different places, and will be involved in it's practical ministries: kids clubs, street evangelism, youth meetings and coffee/tea bars. You'll also be responsible for the general maintenance of the bus and the safety of it's passengers.
Everyone should have an opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. There is a generation growing up in Ireland which has not heard the gospel. They do not know who Jesus is or what He has done. One of the greatest needs in Ireland is more Bible-believing churches. We need evangelists, disciplers, church planters, youth and children’s workers to partner with small churches and church plant endeavours. You will need a God given passion for the lost and desire to work in partnership with others.

OM is mobilising young Jesus followers to join our international team and serve and experience ministry in Ireland. We are open to have interns come from 2 weeks to 6 months, or even up to a year! Dates are flexible, although there might be more opportunities to help in other ministries during the spring/summer.

Use your own creative skills, and build relationships with others, as you help to create a clear and inspiring online and offline presence. OM in Belgium is looking for an administrator for ZavCentre, its international online and face-to-face conference, training and outreach centre. The role will involve managing bookings, ensuring that budgets, timescales and commitments are met, and effective stewardship of the resource that God has given us.
OM Albania is a growing, dynamic mission field. In order to fulfill the Vision of OM Albania, we need a hardworking, motivated, and experienced individual who can help us to thrive financially. We want to see long term, permanent relationships with sponsors and supporting organisations built so that our ministry has enough access to finances and prayer support. We like to see capital formation, allocation of risk, expansion, deepening and broadening financial relationships.
