Personnel Officer

Do you like to work with people and support them in legal personnel matters? Do you like to coordinate processes involving different partners?
Your tasks:
• • Personnel administration: including entry and exit administration, checking working hours, issuing confirmations
• Leading and coordinating recruiting processes including advising applicants, visa matters, administrative procedures, on-boarding processes
• • Interface between OM, churches, finance departments, leadership, authorities

• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Experience in human resources and employment laws
• Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Enjoying working in an international team
• Flexible and independent working
• Experience with OM is helpful but not required

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
