OM Greece supports various ministries to survivors of human trafficking and prostitution, as well as to refugees, some of whom have experienced deeply traumatic and distressing situations on their journey to Europe.  We are looking for qualified trauma counsellors and psychologists willing to come and serve on the mission field, offering their skills to help these people deal with the effects of what they have faced, in one to one sessions and group settings.
OM Greece, in partnership with various local churches and organisations, is involved in reaching out through mercy projects to the poor and needy. These projects offer not only free warm food, access to showers, laundry and clothing, but a chance for people to find welcome, a listening ear, and the message of hope that comes from and through Jesus Christ.  Come and serve as His hands and feet in Athens!

Use your business skills to support the restoration of lives damaged by abuse and trafficking!  OM Greece supports the work of two non-profit companies seeking to provide employment and training opportunities for women as they readjust to ‘normal’ life.  One challenge is balancing the needs of a ministry to vulnerable people and the requirements of a business that should become sustainable and self supporting. People with knowledge and experience in business management and marketing are needed.

The Field Personnel Officer is crucial to our ministry here in France. As the principal contact for people joining the team, you’ll play a key role in guiding them through the process, from registration to departure and into ministry
As an accountant on the mission field with OM, you will use your financial management skills toward the purpose of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. This important role is vital to ministry on the field. As an accountant in OM, you would provide accountability for the cash transactions conducted on the field and perform duties to assist with accounting functions pertaining to bank accounts, budgets, journal entries, financial reporting and administrative changes, guided by precedent and guidelines of established polices. Participation in local ministry and team life may also be aspects of your role.

This is a full-time role which supports the work of the Field Personnel Officer in the Andean Region, that provides day-to-day administrative oversight to the personnel-related activities of Ecuador. This includes active coordination and handling of personnel-related inquiries, applications activities, etc.

As a bookkeeper serving on the mission field, you will provide much-needed support to the accountant on the OM team, and you will fulfil a vital ministry role toward the purpose of seeing more vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We are looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals who will handle the paperwork associated with OM's business and ministry transactions, including petty cash, data entry, bills, accounts, banking and record keeping.
