Across OM, we have a strong need for people gifted in administration to aid ministry taking place on the mission field. Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry to ensure efficiency, and that tasks, paperwork and coordination involved in organising people and events are accomplished with completeness and attention to detail. Support missions training by ensuring that the Training Base is kept operational on a day-to-day basis.

This position ensures the continuing day-to-day administration and running of the Training Base in Pretoria, South Africa. Leading a team of paid and volunteer staff, the applicant must have an understanding of the necessary support services (including but not limited to finance, logistics, hotel services and transport).

The appointed person will be required to attend some basic missions courses if they have not completed the basic OM missions programs.

Please note: This is a non-salaried position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnerships with friends, family and churches.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
