The main goals are personnel recruitment, mobilization, raising financial support and help to create a missionary conscious.
Manage OM Panama’s social networks and create content for them.
Ensure that there is truthful communication with the world of OM in stories, photography, social networks, website and videos.
Develop the database of pastors, supporters, and offices that are ministry is involved with.
Produce and maintain our financial report and help with any need that the Financial Development Department needs.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
We are looking for someone with good organizational and communication skills and a passion for reaching unreached peoples to oversee our short-term outreach area.
You would be working with a multicultural team, based in a large city. You would have plenty of opportunity for your own personal ministry alongside organizing the short-term outreaches.

As a social media specialist with OM, you would be responsible for overseeing OM’s social media strategy across platforms pertaining to the ministry. Social media specialists also provide consultation to OM workers and participate in launching, monitoring and engaging in the online conversation regarding OM events and marketing campaigns. The Arts Mobilization Ministry is focused on connecting with churches through the arts, creating a relationship with them, allowing us to mobilize them to the least-reached and connect with artists that did not know Jesus yet, as well help to raise funds for OM Panama as part of sustainability efforts.
