Short-Term Project Manager – Inspiro Arts Alliance

Can you imagine managing creative projects around the world? Are you a problem solver, who pays attention to detail and has good people skills? Are you familiar with ethnodoxology? This role manages short-term projects in a variety of artforms and formats – from performance tours to customized training workshops. Some involve international visits with artists. Other projects engage and empower local artists. But all projects seek to honour local art forms in moving people to better love Jesus.

Minimum Preferred Requirements:
• Trained in ethnodoxology or ethno-arts
• Experience in Office 365 or willing to learn
Required Competencies:
• I possess a strong understanding of the arts in ministry and mission
• I am trained in ethnodoxology and can apply it within various contexts
• I am skilled at listening and asking questions
• I work effectively whether in person or virtually
• I can stay current with correspondence
• I can work well across denominations, cultures, OM entities and other organisations 
• I have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.


Do you like to work with people and support them in legal personnel matters? Do you like to coordinate processes involving different partners?
Your tasks:
• • Personnel administration: including entry and exit administration, checking working hours, issuing confirmations
• Leading and coordinating recruiting processes including advising applicants, visa matters, administrative procedures, on-boarding processes
• • Interface between OM, churches, finance departments, leadership, authorities
50% work in the office – in addition to a “fixed basic package”, we will find your main focus based on your gifts and interests.
50% work in one of our missionary departments (Building Bridges, arts, church planting).
In the office you work as an assistant in the respective area.
OM in Belgium is looking for members for the new Creative Team. While bringing your own special talents to the mix, you’ll enjoy working with other creative people and trying things out which you’ve never done before, and never imagined you would. You could be running a pop-up coffee shop in the market in the morning, recording a music video in the afternoon, and leading a Bible study in the evening.
