Do you want to reach people in Lesotho with the Gospel?  Are you passionate about conveying a vision for Lesotho to people around the world?

We are looking for men or women to advertise, arrange, and facilitate all international outreaches into Lesotho.  The local team is very experienced in hosting outreaches but needs a full time coordinator with a passion for short term ministry.  There are 10-12 international outreach teams and individuals coming to Lesotho every year, staying for a weekend or up to 3 months of the year.

You would organise the outreaches that support the efforts of discipleship making and church planting in rural Lesotho.

You would need strong gifts in administration, organisation, and good people skills.  You should be willing to live in a very basic but adventurous lifestyle in Lesotho.  You will need a willingness to learn the local language as well as being humble and flexible.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Across OM, we have a strong need for individuals gifted in administration to aid ministry taking place on the mission field. Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry to ensure that outreaches, meetings and programmes operate with efficiency, and that tasks, paperwork and coordination involved in organising people and events is accomplished with completeness and attention to detail. If this describes how God has wired you, consider here how you can use your administrative gifts to see more vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached.

Villages in Moldova are full of people waiting to hear the news about the freedom to be found in Christ. Because many working-age adults leave the country for better opportunities elsewhere, their children are often left behind, along with the elderly. Come join with a Moldovan church that wants to bring the joy and peace of Christ to these forgotten people.
Blessings out of crisis The coronavirus has opened up doors to share the good news in the small mountainous country of Lesotho. Read Now
