Since our beginnings, we have been driven by a deep conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. We are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a passion to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached. We focus on evangelism, discipleship and church planting among those who have never yet heard of Christ. Do you share this passion and want to be involved in either pioneering or joining church planting initiatives? If so, we are looking for you, and many more like you, to join us.

Requirements

There are many towns, villages and whole regions in
Azerbaijan without a possibility to hear the gospel. It is our vision to see house churches been planted in partnership with local churches. If you have aheart for the lost and least reached, willing to take and having faith for a challenge, willing to learn and partner with local believers, this might be your place.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Our main goal is to see children living in healthy families where they can reach their potential in all areas: social, physical mental and spiritual. This is done through therapy, training, and providing the needed resources.

OM in Belgium is looking for believers who want to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least-reached, and are prepared to invest their lives to make it happen. With a year or more commitment, you will learn the local language naturally, through contact with native speakers, and help to establish a new fellowship where there was none previously.
