We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer who will be responsible for overseeing the complete stack of systems and tools required to serve OM’s diverse tracking needs. This person should be versatile and adaptable, able to comprehend
the overall solutions we are seeking to implement, including how systems and components work together, and then work towards the actual implementation details, often involving guiding others as they contribute parts toward the whole.

Technical Qualifications
• 5+ years of software development experience
• REACT (Native)
• SQL
• RESTful api
• WordPress / PHP

Responsibilities
• Efficiently and effectively communicate
• Follow standards and best practices
• Review the requirements and identify any concerns prior to writing code
• Provide consulting for solutions both internal and external to the company
• Support and Collaborate with team members
• Support and maintain existing applications
• Develop new applications from scratch
• Provide estimates and design spec feedback
• Deploy solutions to various environments
• Adhere to the Christian values and ethos of the organisation

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
